Delivery time was estimated as 2-3 weeks. It has been 7 weeks now and I still haven’t received the products. Only after I contacted them did I receive notice that it was delayed and they were sent last week. If they arrive as per recent estimates it will be approx 10 week delivery time.

My experience was GREAT! I was so happy to find this company selling replacement Ray Ban lenses because I was sick to have to pay $200+ to replace my broken ones. I went in knowing it would be a little lengthy of a wait for shipping but it really only took right at 4weeks to receive. Found a local vision/eye glass shop and they changed them out no charge. Overall great experience! Thank You Shades Daddy!

I ordered a pair of temples for my Ray-Ban prescription glasses. I paid $52 (not knowing a fair price) and the fun began. 1 month had gone by and no word of tracking number or status. I called a rep and she hung up on me. I called my bank and disputed the charges and got my money back. I then called LUXOTTICA WARRANTY AND REPAIR SERVICE CENTER an authorized dealer of Ray-Ban parts and got the temples for half the price $23.00. I got my temples in 2 weeks and shades daddy emailed me that they are shipping from Italy. My glasses were fixed already. You guys at shadesdaddy suck. Get another job and retrain your reps, they suck too.

A few months ago my raybans fell off as I was looking down at something on the street. Both lenses cracked! I was extremely sad because I love these glasses, and living in south Texas good polarized shades are a must! I was able to purchase the original lenses here. After many weeks (that's my only 'cons' because it should not take 6-8 wks) I got them. I took them to my local glasses place and voila! I have my beloved raybans as new. The were about $55 plus $5 tip for the person who repaired them for a total of $60. Versus some new ones that would have run about $200
