Sessions health is a phenomenal clinical practice management platform, as I have vetted all the top platforms after leaving a previous platform I have used for almost 20 years. What makes Sessions Health even more impressive is the exceptional provider support they consistently provide. They will even do video one on one provider support sessions to troubleshoot issues and will go above and beyond to make a provider's presence seamless. Charwel was my primary Sessions health liaison and her service time and time again was exceptional. She was so committed to making sure I was totally attended to with my questions and could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. I have been a clinician for over 36 years, and sessions health is the best clinical platform I have ever experienced.

Customer service and tech support is not there. They do not have the ability to call you. I spent hours emailing back & forth about an issue that should have taken 5 mins to resolve.

I recently made the switch from SimplePractice to Sessions Health, and I couldn’t be happier. I left SimplePractice primarily because I was uncomfortable with some of their ethics, and I’m so glad I did. From day one, Sessions Health has felt like a breath of fresh air—transparent, practitioner-focused, and truly aligned with the values I want in the tools I use every day. The transition was incredibly smooth, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Trish on the team. She was exceptional—patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went perfectly. She answered every question promptly and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. Sessions Health’s support team as a whole is outstanding, but Trish truly went above and beyond. Now that I’m fully set up, there is literally nothing I don’t love about Sessions Health compared to SimplePractice. The platform is intuitive, the mobile app actually works better (and more reliably) than SimplePractice’s, and I finally feel like I can sleep well at night knowing I’m using an ethical, high-quality system that puts therapists and clients first. If you’re a mental health practitioner looking for a better alternative, do yourself a favor and switch to Sessions Health. You won’t regret it—I certainly don’t!

I have tried several different electronic records over the years and Session Health has, by far, been the best. It's really customizable, has an intuitive design and user experience, and their customer service is amazing. I can't recommend them enough.
