My provider was a very good listener and she empathized with me regarding how I was feeling. She was very knowledgeable and explained things well. She went above and beyond in prescribing a variety of medications to help me feel better. I really appreciate having quick and easy access to quality medical care when I needed it.

I continue to be impressed with Sesame Care. We have utilized the service 5 times now and have referred many friends. This "visit", my husband met with Marivic Vanover. She was on the virtual meeting before we even logged on. She was efficient and thorough. We had a hiccup with the pharmacy as we fulfilled the prescription (the pharmacy issue NOT hers), and I so appreciated that she made calls to the pharmacy on our behalf and texted follow ups. Sesame was great, I needed an affordable option to have prescriptions refilled. Even with the annual fee, I paid less than the cost of an office visit since I do not have insurance. And the annual fee includes having labs done annually. Plus with Sesame, my prescriptions cost about 40% less. I chose a provider, connected to the video at the appointment time with the link given in a text message and the dr joined on time. She was great, answered my questions and I had text message alerts that my prescriptions are ordered before we hung up.

The overall process was wonderful, quick and very efficient. Loved it. The only niggle I had was trying to get the video conference started. Had trouble and I could not find any information to resolve it. Got it in the end but it was several tries.

I can hardly believe that I turned to the Internet for treatment for Covid, but the ER let me know that they would not give me any Covid medication — just tell me to stay hydrated, rest, and take vitamins. I made an appointment through Sesame and was talking to a doctor within an hour, had my first dose of Paxlovid within a few hours, and started feeling better within 48 hours! I give it SIX stars!!!

Be very careful of the provider that you select. Perhaps look elsewhere on-line and read reviews well. I was displeased with the provider's service but appreciative that Sesame made things right. Thank you.

Worked great for me. I don't have insurance, and I saw a doctor for $48. They diagnosed the problem and sent a prescription to the pharmacy. Would recommend.
