Everything was wonderful.

The doctor was polite and prompt and helped me fix my need for a prescription with minimum effort and money.

Provider did not show up, Horrible customer service, I’m not even able to refill my prescriptions due to Sesame’s inability to connect me with my provider.

The nurse practitioner was very thorough, took time to listen to my symptoms and provided excellent care. Joined the call within about 5 minutes of scheduled time. Described the medications use and side effects in simple terms. Used time efficiently and I was done within 10 minutes of her joining the call.

This was a great experience! I really liked the care I received from Mercy! She was attentive and listened well!

I'm on medicare but my primary doctor doesn't do phone visits so, I used Sesame for the 2nd time. Very convenient, quick appointment options and very affordable. I highly recommend Sesame.
