Chairs arrived on time. Pleased with quality.

Serwall customer service was very responsive when we asked to return a sample chair we purchased. We ordered a chair to review its color and decided it would not work. After contacting them to arrange for a return they were great and sent return label and credited our purchase quickly.

My order arrived before I received and email that it was shipped. Nothing on the item shipped indicated it was from Serwall. I then got an email about 4 days after indicating my order was shipped and delivered. It helps to be better keeping the customer informed. I checked the website multiple times but it was never updated.

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered 4 teak colored chairs and they sent me brown chairs instead. That was a week ago and now they are telling me that I’m stuck with them even though it was their mistake and not mine. They are offering to pay me $25/chair. Or I can pay steep shipping fees to send them back if I want a refund! Wow! Extremely disappointing

I bought the 5-piece Adirondack set in turquoise for my mom. I was worried because a number of recent reviews on Amazon mentioned the furniture arriving damaged or missing components, so I decided to buy direct from Serwall in case we needed to access real customer service. It was more expensive to buy direct, but I also suspect that Amazon is re-shipping returns - hence the damages/bad packaging - so it was worth it for the peace of mind. Happy to say that my mom was thrilled with the quality of the set and it arrived just as fast as it would have from Amazon.

I DO NOT like the product at all. I purchased this product because I read there is 100% return policy. I cannot reach anyone to get a Return order number. There is no useful customer service! Total disappointment!

Order process was easy. We received the furniture in less than a week and love them! Also really liked the variety of colors available.

Order was received quicker than anticipated. All 8 boxes were in perfect condition. The red was exactly as pictured. Quality is great for the price. We put together I chair in about 30 minutes. instructions were clear. There were no missing parts so far. Now only 7 more to go.
