Everything was great except one chair seat arrived damaged. We are waiting for a replacement. We recommend using an electric drill for all the screws. Table and chairs are very sturdy. The chairs are really comfortable even without cushions

The package was packed well and the directions seemed easy to follow. It may have helped to note which way the pieces should face for the arm rest. I gave 4 stars because there were missing pre drilled holes. I had the use a hammer to tap in nails in order to use the allen wrench. It is what I expected. The true test is how it will hold up to the Texas heat!

I was mistakenly sent a returned chair with damage, but they made the effort to get it corrected and send another. The one issue was that they originally offered to discount the price, which was not a good option for someone that ordered a new chair and wants what was ordered.

Great product. Fast shipping. Fair pricing. Could improve order update communications.

My patio furniture is beautiful, but it was very time consuming for assembly. I had my daughter helping me and it seemed like the 3inch screws with the allen wrench heads were way too difficult. But it's definitely a two-person assembly. I love the furniture though. Great color, great value for the price and wicked comfortable.

Trouble with address details. Had to adjust address before shipping to “fit the format”. So when it came time for delivery, our delivery was delayed since our unit # was left off!
