Great customer service when figuring out an order. Quality product.

After reading many reviews of crappy to no customer service, I was a bit skeptical about doing business with the company. I contacted the company regarding a question I had, and they responded very quickly. I placed my order, and received my chairs in TWO days! We love them, and ordered a second set.

Took too long to ship. Product exactly what looking for in great shape

This is has been one of the worse experiences working with their customer service. I reached out in June to receive replacement parts for the 2nd time for my chairs. They keep breaking due to a faulty design. They told me last month the parts were still on back order. It took them 2 months to respond to me. Do not contact them through FB. The customer service line always says that they are busy and after waiting on hold a message comes on the line to leave a voicemail for a returned call.

Great quality & value for an excellent price! Easy to assemble and they look great. Very happy with purchase.
