The person I spoke to kind and knowledgeable. The speed was just awesome on when I was going to receive my replacement phone it showed up a day early. I personally highly recommend them

Absolute horrible experience. Little to no communication with the device taking 2 months to repair and me having to reach out almost every day in order to push this through. I paid 2 months of useless Samsung care along with “accidental damage” fee with no reported or documented reason as to why. The company should be ashamed of itself for charging their customers without reason and taking so long. I still haven’t even recieved an apology email or any communication and has made me a lifelong supporter of any brand that isn’t Samsung. I will be seeing legal action as well with how I was treated and charged without any rhyme or reason. Disgusted by the service provided and this is not how customer care should be handled. I’m just happy I never have to deal with this company or service ever again because even if my device has issues, I’d gladly rather throw it in the trash then to send it to you people once more.

Used with samsung care, the phone was fixed nicely and fast for the screen repair even tho it was more of very deep scratches. Got it fixed at a ubreakifix location
