Service center was excellent

I’ve now spent nearly three weeks trying to get a simple replacement for my broken Samsung phone, and I’m still exactly where I started. What should have been an easy 1-for-1 swap has turned into a nightmare. I’ve had to make over 15 calls to customer service, each time being promised a resolution that never comes. To make things worse, I’ve been sent multiple incorrect replacement phones, wasting even more time. Every representative seems unaware of what the last one did, and I keep getting bounced around with no real progress. After all this, I still don’t have a working phone or a clear path forward. I’ve always trusted Samsung products, but this experience has completely shattered my confidence in their customer support and logistics.
