Users can complete practice tickets for free, helping them build confidence and develop the problem-solving skills employers look for. For those looking to take their training further, premium features include simulated phone calls and mock interviews based on questions commonly asked during real IT support interviews. We built Service Desk Simulator for career changers, students, bootcamp graduates, and entry-level technicians who want practical experience they can talk about in interviews. It's also used by educators and team leads who want a more engaging way to train students and new hires through realistic scenarios.Whether you're preparing for your first help desk job, getting ready for interviews, or training a support team, Service Desk Simulator helps turn practice into real confidence and job-ready skills.
