I am happy to share feedback here. the team understood and rectified requirements without any if or but. Thanku so much for staying on your promises.

Had a question, and tried to call the number on the site, was told the number didn't exist. That was a WTH moment. And they charged way too much for shipping, but that being said, their price, with the shipping was still cheaper than a lot of other places. Other than that, happy with the service.

I have made multiple purchases with them and have had great experiences. The only issue that I had was with my last order I forgot to log into my account and when I used paypal to pay the wrong shipping address was loaded. I contacted support and they said they would ship it to new address but item was still sent to old incorrect address. Even with this issue, I will still order from them because they have been great with everything else.

I've ordered 8 CPUs. So far, they've always been delivered promptly and work perfectly. My only complaint is that they usally still have old thermal compund on top, and sometimes even the bottom is dirty. They worked fine after I cleaned them off.

Shipping was a trifle slow and had issues for first setup - but helpdesk did their job and sent me instructions on how to reset and now it is humming along. No scratches and no dents. The only thing which bothers me is the noise from the fans. My previous Dell 1950 was a lot quieter. But it's still a nice little machine.

Good: Item worked. Priced right. Excellent packing/shipping. Bad: The item description did not clearly state the card had a low profile mounting bracket only.

Easy going and order was processed without issues.
