Refunded order
I tried placing an order for a server, but I messed up. I don't use my credit card often, and had forgotten it was frozen. The website rejected the card, stating it had been frozen. After realizing my mistake, I called the bank and unfroze the card. The sales rep helped me complete my order, only for me to receive an email the next day stating it was refunded, and I would only be able to pay using a money transfer. I would have been more than happy to help them validate my identity, or use a different credit card, but they didn't seem like they were willing. I feel I was called a scammer without saying it out loud. The sales rep was awesome otherwise.
