I was led to believe that a part would ship from WA when the truth was it shipped from NH (far away other coast). I chose shipping method based on what I was told and as a result, did not get the part in a timely manner.

Really great service, and speed delivery.

great service, quick response, everything was as exspected.

The ordering process was simple. I worked with with Ben who kept me informed about my order. Quick response to all my questions. Thank You! David

After the order was placed, I got an email saying the order may be delayed: If I needed the drives immediately, I could've opt for a refurbished drive or wait for the new drives. I chose to wait. The drive came in much sooner than I was told.

Order arrived quickly. Item was accurately described. It worked fine when installed
