Bought a card and made an account just for the card not to work. Stole 50$ from me. Don't trust this "banking service." All they do is STEAL STEAL STEAL

This prepaid card service was a scam and has stolen my money. Beware.
Serve.com has closed my prepaid account after 10+ years without any possibility of recourse. The company has collected its fee every month and has kept the balance of my card when closing my account. Be aware that you will have NO help from State or Federal agencies to recover your money. This prepaid card service was a scam and has stolen my money. Beware. UPDATE: after months of waiting, serve acknowledged its mistake in print and re-enabled my account. It gets it a +1 star.
