We're sorry to hear about your disappointment, especially as a returning customer who previously loved the product. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a shade that appears different from what you expected and to feel that your concerns have not been addressed. We do have more than one product, product updates and variations can sometimes affect the appearance of a shade, and we appreciate how important consistency is for customers who have found their perfect match. We also sincerely regret any delay in communication, as providing timely support is something we take seriously. Our team has reviewed your case and has reached out with a solution in accordance with our customer care policies. Thank you for sharing your feedback—it helps us continue improving both our products and the experience we provide to our customers.

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the product and frustrated by your experience with your subscription. To clarify, Serentia only activates recurring orders after customers have confirmed their subscription, in accordance with our subscription policy. We aim to ensure that the terms and billing schedule are clearly communicated so that customers can make informed choices before any recurring charges take place. That said, we understand that this situation has caused frustration, and we can confirm that your subscription has now been cancelled as requested. We also regret any difficulty you experienced when trying to reach our support team or manage your account. We appreciate all customer feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and our service. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we wish you all the best moving forward.
