Hi Ana, thank you for your review, and for the kind words about the product itself. I completely understand why seeing 20g previously and 10.5g now would look like the amount was halved for the same price, and I want to reassure you honestly, because it was not. The difference comes down to how the weight was labelled. The earlier 20g figure was the total weight including the container itself, whereas the actual cream inside was around 10g. The current 10.5g is the net weight of the product alone, excluding the packaging. So in real terms you are actually getting slightly more cream now (10.5g) than before (10g), at the same price, not less. There was never any intention to mislead, and I am sorry the labelling change was not communicated more clearly, that is fair feedback and we have taken it on board. I would genuinely love to make sure you feel looked after. If you would like, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be glad to help however we can.

This absolutely made our day — thank you 💛 We pour a lot of care into Serentia, and hearing that our Cover Cream is hiding those flaws, blending to your skin and caring for it as you wear it means everything to us. Thank you for raising this, and I completely understand why the change in the number looked concerning. Let me clear it up properly, because the good news is you're actually not getting less product. The difference comes down to how the weight was labelled. The previous packaging listed 20g, but that figure was the total weight including the container itself, and the actual cream inside was 10g. The new version is labelled 10.5g, which is the net weight of the product alone, excluding the packaging. So in real terms you're getting slightly more cream now (10.5g) than before (10g), at the same price, not half. There's been no reduction in what you receive, and nothing sneaky at play, just a change in how the weight is shown on the label. I'd genuinely love for you to keep enjoying a product you already love, so if there's anything at all I can do for you, please email me at [email protected] and I'll look after you personally. Thank you for giving us the chance to explain, Pauline. 💛

Hi Linda, Thank you for being a returning customer, and for being honest with us - it genuinely helps. We're so glad the elixir + cream are working beautifully for you 💛 You're completely right to mark us down here, though. A blending brush arriving damaged, and then weeks of silence after you kindly sent a photo, is not the standard we hold ourselves to - and I'm sorry we left you chasing us. I'd like to put it right straightaway with a replacement. I've flagged your details to our team - please look out for an email from us today, or reach us directly at [email protected] and we'll sort it immediately. Thank you for still giving us your trust. We'll earn the fifth star.
