I ordered a beautiful umbrellas for my pool area, one of the umbrella’s part of the frame broke and I contacted a customer service, submitted a pictures of a broken part , I was expected to received a part but just got email that the company sent me a new umbrella . I am impressed with the customer service and a company policy that stands for a quality of their products. Thank you !

Purchased two beach folding chairs and was extremely pleased with them. Had a small repair issue that I took up with customer service. They were most responsive and exceeded my expectations for resolving the matter.
