Last 2 orders placed did not arrive. 1st refund requested took a long time to be actioned and I had to contact Sephora twice as the 1st time I did they assured me the refund would be done but it wasn’t. I have just requested a refund for the 2nd order I placed and am now waiting to hear if they will be more proactive this time around. I will not trust this company again, there is a big issue with their delivery organisation and they are very poor at actioning refunds for goods you have paid for but do not receive. Avoid Sephora.

Non ho mai trovato un ragazzo così competente! Cordiale empatico e veramente capace , non un commesso un vero e proprio consulente. Sicuramente tornerò in negozio e vorrò solo la sua consulenza.. negozio al fiordaliso, il suo nome è Manuel, non ci sono eguali ve lo consiglio!!!

Customer service is useless. They don't care to get back to you. I'm still waiting on an email from them to resolve my issue and they are now sending me emails for feedback.

Faccio un regalo a mia madre. Lo apre ed era SECCO! un mascara (o come si chiamano loro) e la ragazza dice che una volta aperta non possono far più nulla e che ormai era un problema mio... E una persona come fa a sapere prima che all'interno c'è un prodotto fallato? Sconsiglio.

Ho ricevuto una card regalo mi sono recata in un punto vendita due giorni dopo la scadenza. Mi hanno rifiutato il credito che avevo,anche se avrei aggiunto altri soldi.Mai successo prima con altre card. Ridicolo.
