I love the website! And the orders are quite fast. There's a ton of products available to choose from. I bought some nice highlighters. And it is easy to navigate. Would buy again from them.

My order took forever. I purchased 1 product and was provided 2 samples with my purchase. When it finally arrived it contained only the product I bought not the samples. I do not trust this company anymore. Not to mention they didn’t have the decency to let me know the samples weren’t packages. I sent a complaint I guess I’ll see what happens. Although it’s samples it’s the fact that I selected those items to test before I deciding it I should purchase them or not. It’s COVID time & I don’t want to go into a store to try on anything.

Over quarantine, I have ordered two shipments of skincare products from Sephora. Both items have arrived very quickly with no issues. I love that you can get free samples but one of the two samples were missing from my last package. It does say that they may substitute samples but I didn't receive a second sample at all not a huge issue though. I have had no problems with them or shipping so far and their shipping speed surprised me considering I have done other similar orders from different companies that have taken a month to ship compared to my latest shipment that took four days from order to arrive!

Jag är så besviken på Sephora, både butiken på Biblioteksgatan där jag fick råd att köpa ett Huda läppstick med helt fel färg för 280 kr. Varför har de inkompetent personal i butiker som ger råd? De borde inte ha någon personal. Jag fick gratis frakt för varor som inte fanns i butik som inte fungerade när jag beställde online. De erbjöd ett nytt om jag handlar inom 14 dagar!!!! Utöver att de har en del bra märken är det ett rip off företag som inte vet vad service är. Jag avslutade precis mitt medlemsskap och ska undvika att handla där.

E un mese che attendo risposte da questi incompetenti,ho ordinato un prodotto costoso che non mi è arrivato, ho provato a chiamare richiamare ma niente, se ne sono lavati le mani,ho mandato tantissime e mail, fatto tantissime chiamate ma niente, ho perso i miei soldi e loro niente! Se ne fregano, siete davvero vergognosi, anzi é dire poco, a quanto pare non sono l'unica ad avere questo problema, ma svegliatevi razza di incompetenti, non ho mai visto tanto menefreghismo, continuerò a chiamare e faró anche una denuncia, non potete rubare soldi così, la gente se li guadagna onestamente,siete dei LADRI!!!

Servizio clienti vergognoso e inesistente. Sono veramente, veramente delusa (considerando che non ho speso poco!). Mi hanno mandato il pacco con un prodotto mancante e non mi rispondono manco per sbaglio. Una vergogna per un’azienda del genere.

Everyone please share this if this case happened to you, Here is the thing.... After couple month and numerous attempts I finally redeemed $100 using my 2500reward points. Now I am trying to use it but the website doesn’t allow me to do so. Called customer service and was told my coupon can only used in US not in Canada. They are not willing to issue a replacement coupon and let me purchase through Canadian website. Ya what a joke! Being a royal customer for over 10years and get a response like this? ! Oh, we can return your points and try again next time. They just don’t care! Too bad, the coupon you redeemed not valid for Canada. We not gonna help you. Good luck with that!
