Exit Sephora.

I ordered a 0.5 oz Drunk Elephant eye serum product from Sephora online. When I received it after ~5 weeks, the product arrived expired/rancid. The fragrance of the product is like that of rancid nuts or nut oils, not really acceptable to use. They have made the return/refund task exceedingly tenuous since notifying them of the issue.

Worst Online Order Delivery: Sephora’s delivery estimates and tracker suck. They give an estimated delivery date, then ship the product while giving you a tracker/delivery date. This so called “Delivery date” is so unreliable and keeps pushing further while the package travels the entire Country. I advise Sephora to set their tracking system to reflect an accurate delivery date if they want to boost their Digital shopping experience.

I am quite suprised when I see a lot of bad reviews about buying online on Sephora. This is the first time I ordered from this brand and I bought quite a lot skincare products. They gave me 3 different free samples which are very adorable. Moreover, it took me less than a week ( from 7/27 to 7/31) to receive my package and they also sent me email frequently to track my order. Such a great experience to me and I definitely will order from Sephora again !!!

Assolutamente inaffidabili e poco seri.

If their gift card is stollen they do nothing to help customers. Somebody used my gift card online and customer service kept forwarding me to another department back and force and nobody could help me. They do not care about customer’s money. They said it’s common. Do not buy their gift cards! Worst customer service experience.
