Handy alert system and so easy to use.

Just to let you all know, due to my being far away from my mother, I had to initiate the paperwork via your email directions. It was a lag time of about 10 days from when my mom received her unit. It was extremely EASY to put everything together, conduct the test, receive a prompt response from the duty operator (who was thorough and exacting in detail). All in all I am thrilled with the experience. I intend on testing the unit more frequently than every 25 days.

Haven't had to actually use it yet, but have already recommended it to a friend and neighbor

Order was incorrect. Did not receive an item that was ordered. Called & replacement being mailed.

Very happy with your product. Easy to hookup to a landline and monthly tests are easy to complete. Thank you, both my mother and I feel safer knowing if she has any problems one push of a button calls for help.
