I just recently went with Senior Safety for my 91 year old mother who lives alone. We were just coming to the end of a 3 yr contract with another much higher priced company. I found Senior Safety online. Their customer service was impeccable. They answered all questions and got us set up with everything needed in a very timely manner. The first day my mother accidentally set off her pendant and they were answering the call within seconds. I had spoken to more than one of their representatives and they were all extremely knowledgeable and professional. So far we are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Senior Safety.

I just received this last week. I bought it for my mother who lives alone because she had fallen and had a difficult time getting up. It was a very easy installation. When we tested it someone responded within seconds. The voice was very clear and she appeared to be able to hear us clearly. I try to get my mother to move in with me and my wife but she won’t, so this will help me sleep better at night. Very happy with it.

Customer representative, Casey did an excellent job answering my questions on the Senior Safety plan using a telephone landline. I am pleased with the quality of the product and added features. Plus the quick response time and professionalism of your team will give me and my elderly mother peace of mind in the case of an emergency.

Everything seems to work great. Hope we never need it - but I think we have it covered if we do.
