Only got the system this week but people were very helpful setting up

I just purchased and it arrived on 7/9/26. So far, no concerns. I called to do a test and I called again today with additional questions. All has been resolved and everyone I spoke to from the ordering, to testing, and addressing my questions, have been Excellent! Friendly, Professional, Patient, and Informative!!

Nothing went wrong all I can say at this point we just got Senior Safety. It's was very easy to set up as Iwas told, I hope it's never needed but as the care giver of my parents it give me a sense of security. Everyone very helpful!
