I bought a case from them that was clearly marked iPhone 11 Pro, but the case I received was definitely for the 11 Max. It was way too big, and when I requested to return the item, there was no option to exchange, and they were charging me shipping to return it.

I absolutely loved the first Sena case that I had for my iPhone for over 2 years and was so bummed to find that it would not fit the new iPhone 11. I am very pleased with the case that replaced it and love being able to continue taking with me everywhere I go. It hold all my necessary cards, a little cash - what more could a person want. Thanks
