Let me start by saying at first I wasn’t happy with them. Phone got a low ball offer from The initial quote and I was mad. Didn’t like the situation and felt cheated. Daniel, the supervisor, reached out to me and treated me like a human, and wanted to explain and then listen to my take. We worked together and it ended not 100% like I wanted but definitely on way more solid ground. Turned a 1 star into a 4 star. Kudos Daniel.

EDIT: They fixed the cost of the phone. They are also adding a new option for phones screens that are damaged but full functional. Heat got this phone and cracked the screen below. Otherwise almost like brandnew if you look at it from the looks of it. Screen replacement = nearly flawless phone. screen replacement = < 200 if you do it yourself.

Hi Christina, We’re very sorry for the frustration and delay you experienced. I personally reviewed your case and want to clarify what happened. The revised offer of about 1/3 of the original quote was issued because all three devices were still under a financial obligation at the time of inspection. Devices that still have a balance owed cannot qualify for the full quoted value, which is explained in our trade-in terms before submission. You declined the revised offer, and your return should have been processed promptly. Unfortunately, the agent originally assigned to your case is no longer with our team, and this caused an unacceptable delay. That part is completely on us and we sincerely apologize. Your return has now been escalated for immediate handling. If there is anything still outstanding, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will make sure this is resolved right away. We are committed to making this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 🙏
