I've used Amazon Seller Central to manage listings and access seller tools. The dashboard is well structured and the features are clearly laid out; making it easier to navigate

I feel trapped making a purchase. I feel as if I am in a store - people call me crazy. I have spent a lot of time to "proceed to check out." I was in one of your reviews and I would say that more than 50 % of the responders wanted to know how to "proceed to check." "ASK A QUESTION" is a yellow rectangle with a black background and no box [that I could find] to submit a question. One of your automated answer search, when asked how to proceed to check out, it responded "There is no "proceed to check out." I have encountered this problem over the years. We all want to know how to proceed to check! I made a selection and want to pay but I could not find a way to proceed to check out. There should be some kind of way, through out the store , to proceed some where and not feel like a rat in a maze and that is how i do feel and cant find a way out of this ,

Said watch was delivered yesterday. It was not. Had to file police report. Company is not helpful. I will not buy expensive items from in the future. Have been using Amazon since Jeff Bezos sold books only!

Terrible service. When you want help you Get sent around in circles. Associates aren’t trained to deal with any situation and all use patronising language as if they actually want to help but they don’t. It’s all the same script. Hard site to navigate. And they have their clear favourites that they don’t want to give any competition too.

Amazon is big scammer. I don't allow sale on amazon . My account was suspended in August 20 after waiting 90 I get response from amazon "account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers". Its a clear scam . Amazon shares down in the market .They will manage from the sellers

I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Amazon as a seller. The treatment I received from their support team has been nothing short of outrageous. Despite reaching out for assistance multiple times over the course of 20 months, I have been met with vague responses, frustration, and a complete lack of transparency. What is particularly concerning is the unjust decision made by Amazon, preventing me from selling my products without providing any specific reasons or disclosing the factors behind this decision. Their claim of confidentiality is simply not acceptable, as it raises serious doubts about the integrity and fairness of their platform. As a brand owner who diligently followed Amazon's guidelines, it is shocking to be told that the variation relationships I tried to create violate their listing policy, without any concrete explanation. This lack of transparency is not only frustrating but also damages trust in the platform that millions of sellers rely on. I refuse to give up on this matter. With a combined following of 50,000 on social media, I am determined to share my experience with others, ensuring they are aware of the mistreatment and lack of support from Amazon. Potential customers deserve to know the truth about the unjust practices sellers can face on this platform. In addition, I will take necessary steps to leave honest reviews about my experience, warning others about the unfair treatment I have encountered. It is disheartening that such measures are necessary, but I believe it is crucial to shed light on the unjust practices exhibited by Amazon. I implore Amazon to reconsider their stance and provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Sellers deserve transparency, accountability, and fair treatment. It is my hope that Amazon will recognize the impact of their actions and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. In conclusion, I caution other sellers to be aware of the lack of transparency and potential mistreatment they may face when dealing with Amazon. Let us stand together, demand fairness, and work towards creating a platform that truly supports the growth and success of sellers. ELLENICA

Vreselijk bedrijf!
