I ordered a supposedly new DVD from this company and it came without the case and obviously used. I was quite surprised they managed to put it in a sleeve to protect it. Will never use them again.

Actually, I LIKED selling to you guys. Then you partnered with those JERKS at decluttr. I have at least three orders that they rejected completely. I will NEVER sell anything to them again, and will get more satisfaction from old DVDs by simply throwing them away. So they can go to hell. You guys should get back in the DVD business. Your bad review is because you connected to them.

Took a lot of time to type in DVD numbers. Finally, one hundred DVDs into the 400 DVDs to sell, I bailed. Shipped. Got the money a couple of weeks later. Not much money, by the way. There must be a better way, I decided. Googled and found a place that purchased DVDs and hauled the rest (300) to that store. Was paid 4-5 times more and didn't have to hunt for and type DVD numbers. Plus, I was instantly paid cash.

I was disappointed in my experience. I have dealt with other companies who offer free returns for what they consider unacceptable merchandise and to have to pay to return DVD's that aren't worth the shipping fees is kind of ridiculous. I will not use this company again. They did email me about a few things they found unacceptable, however all of what I sent was in the original packages and in sealed mint condition, so now it is hard for me to know why they turned it down. This particular process makes me a little skeptical about how this company does their business. I attempted to use this company because upon comparison they originally offered a little more for the very DVD's they turned down.

In the future, I will use another site.

I sent in my games and consoles, To be told one was damaged, then when I ask why , it's because they didn't see the wheel that was sent in that came with a game. To then say days later oh we actually do .. Wasting time on getting my payment sent. Check took a whole month to come and I had it cancelled due to being over the timeline , asked to pay via PayPal.... 6 days later still not PayPal payment... Which isn't hard to do. Total now of 6-7 weeks since they received my items and I have stil yet to be paid. Don't expect a fast transaction

Very simple to send in but after two months I haven't heard from them at all they havnt even sent me a email to confirm they got my packages yet the paid me for one of my eight shipments a month ago.
