Every shipment I submit has at least one DVD that is rejected. All of these DVDs were purchased new and only viewed once. This simply seems to be a rip-off practice!

Takes too long to pay and its very low for the DVDs you give

While it seems like an easy way to get rid of all the DVDs/CDs you no longer watch/listen to - they really give you nothing for them and probably make a lot selling them elsewhere. I have given them some DVDs not even opened and get 10 cents for them. This least time, they didn't like the packaging I sent one in and wouldn't give me the 10 cents but offered to return it to me at a cost to me of $3.99. At that point, I realized I would rather donate my items to a library or other non-profit than let them earn a huge profit off of my laziness.

Do you not trust this company. Their quotes will be pennies on the dollar. They take your stuff. And then they don't even pay what they quoted you. I should've looked and seen all of their negative reviews first and I would've been warned how they do business. Rather than being stolen from I should've just given it all to charity.

My title says it all. Wouldn't do it again. I could make more selling them at a yard sale.

I'm not sure what is going on in but they have lost a whole box of dvds and can not tell me the info from the shipping label from my account. In addition they have told me they didn't receive books I sent in other times but found them later.

Unreasonable. Rejected most of my items. Would not do business with them again. Way beyond picky...flat out unreasonable.

This site accuses you of not sending your order in . Have gotten messages saying I Only sent half my order then they say they was wrong and sent the wrong email . Happens to often . And their price they pay go down all the time .
