Your rates are over priced and your elevator is constantly out of operation with no compensation to your customers. If it wasn't so hard to move, I'd move in a second. A very dissatisfied customer.

during the time my stuff was stored at self storage one, in san francisco, i knew my belongings were in a secure facility. the manager and support personnel are professional and friendly all the time. any time i had to interact with the folks at self storage, i was always able to have a conversation and a good feeling at the end of that conversation. i will recommend and refer self storage one to any of my friends for their storage needs.

I have been a customer of Self Storage 1 for almost 10 years. The personal service that is given toward my needs has been exceptional. The current owner/manager, Paul, is kind, personable, understanding & funny. The entire staff is friendly, too. I haven’t had any issues with rodents or any other building problems. They have addressed my concerns promptly & professional.

The staff is very kind and helpful. All your items are secure behind fencing/concrete walls/passcodes/locks. The storage unit is a located on the outskirts of the city and closes at 7pm (definitely something to consider). I only had time for a single trip to the unit a day after work. Other than that it was stress-free.

this was an excellent storage experience. The desk people are professional and efficient and knowledgeable. The place is very clean excellent elevators.

I love this place! The customer service is outstanding, easy and efficient to rent even if you don't have a reservation, and they have all your storage supplies you may need!
