Good afternoon! I just reviewed your account and it looks like you've opted out of our emails on Feb 11, 2023. It doesn't look like we've been able to send any emails to you since that date (which is good because you opted out!). I reviewed your book project information, too. It does look like we created the interior formatting for your book, created your paperback cover file, completed keyword and category research for your book, scheduled your book on 5 promo sites, along with a few other deliverables.
