My book's editing through SelfPublishing.com was a disaster. They missed tons of errors, making me look unprofessional. Chandler Bolt's team is incompetent and not worth a dime.

Hey Muskaan Wasay! I can't find you in our system, have you purchased from and/or contacted our company? I have requested information from you in case you purchased under a different name.
Leadership team does not receive constructive feedback very well. No emphasis on having diverse backgrounds. It feels like a boys club. High amount of stress placed on employees to perform without adequate compensation. Company uses shady business tactics in client acquisition and employee compensation. No opportunities for advancement. Core values are only followed when convenient to do so.
