Mixed Experience with Seeksail
Our yacht charter experience with Seeksail was a bit mixed. While there were some positive aspects, there were also areas that fell short of our expectations. On the positive side, the yacht provided was in good condition and well-maintained. The crew was friendly and professional, ensuring our safety and comfort throughout the trip. The itinerary offered beautiful destinations, allowing us to explore stunning coastlines and experience breathtaking sunsets. However, there were a few issues that dampened our overall experience. The communication with the Seeksail team could have been better, as there were delays in response times and some miscommunication regarding our specific preferences. Additionally, we encountered a few logistical challenges during the charter that could have been better addressed and resolved. While we appreciate the efforts made by Seeksail, we believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail. With some adjustments, they have the potential to provide an exceptional yacht charter experience.
