Customer service is pathetic cant get a hold of anyone now im on a subscription and trying to cancel

I never wanted to subscribe, yet I ended up subscribed without my consent. The result: monthly charges for a service I wasn't even using. Worse, cancelling was extremely difficult, as if everything was designed to stop customers from unsubscribing. This kind of practice is unacceptable and left me feeling trapped. I strongly advise against it.

I am so glad I made the decision to try Seed probiotics. As someone who has tried most of the probiotic supplements out there Seed has made a difference. I love the subscription program. I don’t have to panic about missing a few days as I always have my next month on hand. I also have found their customer service to be excellent.

The product is great, but the Customer Service is not. They lost my Probiotic shipment in the mail and seemed quite unconcerned that I was going to have to go between two and three weeks without the probiotic. Their company knows how important consistency is when taking a probiotic every day and when I asked them if they could please expedite it, they ignored every single request. They very much dropped the ball in helping me get my their product quickly so that I did not have to go weeks without it. Considering it was their mistake and not mine that is completely unacceptable.

I really like the product. I did have an initial delivery problem but, upon being advised, they rectified to my satisfaction.

Crooks. Do not purchase. I ordered and was landed with an import duties charge. This was because they had no stock left in the US so I was then left with the charge. Unbelievable.

Attempted to sign up for a subscription, with a promotion to get 30% off the first month. Unfortunately, for no reason my purchase was cancelled, even though my credit card information and address were all correct. Got an email saying, “let’s try that again”. So I tried again. Cancelled again, and I couldn’t use my 30% off first month code. Now I have a charge on my credit card that is still pending, the other one attempted through Shop was refunded. The first one through Seed’s website is still pending. I removed my credit card information so it can’t be charged without my consent. I have emailed you 3 times and I have yet to receive a response. Your websites security hoops you have to jump through are ridiculous, while another competitors website is much more user friendly. The only means of communication being email is fishy to me - why no chat, or phone number? This makes me not want to take your product at all. Please close my account.

We can confirm that your subscription is not active, and the pending authorization charge on your card has been voided. As a result, it will not settle and should automatically drop off your statement according to your financial institution's processing timeline.
