Have waited since February for these veneers. Paid for both top and bottom. Sent the impression back, nothing since. Have emailed, and emailed, then finally asked for a refund to which my reply back was that "I am on maternity leave." I want my money back! No pleased at all with this company, or the lack of email communication. 😡😡

So I got the impression kit, sent them away then they resent the moulds back its now been 8 months of me trying to email to get a refund as I'm highly disappointed with the service and if I do not get a reply on here or an email back further action will be taken Leonie galvin.

My secret veneer is absolutely Beautiful. I am in love with them. I went for A1 and they are the perfect natural white. My teeth is very yellow from years of drinking sodas. I wanted white teeth but no amount of teeth whitening from professionals got it white. My secret veneer A1 is very natural bright white without the fake white look. Friends and co workers have just ask ne if I had gotten my teeth whitened. I do plan on getting the BL1 for special occasions and holidays. The customer service is amazing. Always answered my questions instantly. This is a great company that I will continue to purchase from . My husband is also going to order .

I'm giving this company 4 stars with the intention to change the stars accordingly throughout my experience with them. So far so good, They have been very accommodating to my needs. Customer service has been outstanding, even with me bombarding them with questions daily. Delivery of my impression kit was fast, with help on hand every step of the way with taking my impressions. I am extremely happy with the service provided so far, and look forward to updating this review as soon as my veneers arrive.
