Hi, Well, I only gave ypu 4 stars because I orders a part and paid $38 for 2 day delivery. But, I wasn't informed that the part was put of stock. I was sent a prompt email after I inquired about the part. The way things are I understand about things being out of stock. But, it would have been help if it said that when I ordered it or if I was notified. Otherwise, everything is great. Just being truthful. Thank you. Love the water mater. Excited to get it running again when I get the booster pump. Derek

They are specialized in water makers and they definitely know what they are doing. Very good quality materials and great customer service.

The only hiccup was a missing hose. A quick email and the part was overnight express to my location. Using the system now and seems to be working well. Thanks.
