Thank you for your positive feedback. We have thousands of satisfied customers such as yourself but not too many bother to take the time to let us know how we are doing. Enjoy your purchased product.
The website said delivery within ten days. The order was placed and the delays started and all of a sudden, the delivery was looking to be four weeks I canceled before the order made it to the warehouse yet they still extracted 10% "processing fee" I ordered the same day I cancelled from another company and it arrived 7 calendar days later. Don't buy here.

Hi Jon, We are sorry you decided to cancel your order without giving it a chance to be delivered within the allotted time shown on our shipping page. It does seem like you confused the shipping time with another website you may have visited. I see you placed your order only 3 weeks ago and cancelled it just 3 days later!
Based on my experience, I will rate this company five stars. The price was unbeatable for the Steelcase Leap v2 and it delivered reasonably fast - but it came already assembled and they even sent a partial refund for an offer that was accepted after I had purchased it already. Customer service was direct in answering my questions and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I love my Amia chair! No more back aches after sitting all day. It was a perfect purchase for my work office.

My chair arrived broken. I contacted customer service a week ago and they have yet to approve my refund. I will dispute this transaction if i do not hear back. This company is a scammm! They claim they refunded my credit card on 09/22 but its a lie! I was never refunded. I will post negative reviews everywhere if i dont get my money back

Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience, we appreciate hearing our site was easy to navigate.
DISAPPOINTING AND MISLEADING!!! They did not mention that the chairs were refurbished except in tiny, blurry, print at the bottom of the specs section in a JPG format as opposed to the text the rest of the specs were spelled in. When we got them, they were filthy, scuffed, and had missing parts. Sure, we got them for much cheaper than a new chair, but when you pay over $500 for a chair that only says it's on sale, you expect it to be in good quality...

I would love to look up the order information but I have nothing to go buy. I do not have the order number, name, or email address. The condition on each product is not a fuzzy image. It is clear for everyone to see. Not relevant if it is text or an image, It is clear and we do not hide it! There are many companies out there that hide that information and do not provide it on the actual product page. We let you know beforehand. It is possible that the chair bypassed QA and it was an error. Would love to address the problem directly but as mentioned, I am unable to see what is recorded on this order in our data base. We hope to satisfy you on your next purchase.
Very happy with my purchase. The chair arrived quickly and was in great condition and exactly as described.
