Easy to use for the presenter, just as easy to use for the viewer. I work with a lot of non technical people. Prior to Screenleap sharing my screen involved jumping through a bunch of hoops that would often confuse my clients. Screenleap solves that problem. I currently use the free version (which is still pretty powerful), but will be considering the paid soon.

I'm using the free version. It's easy to walk others through the Screenleap steps for screen sharing. And the screen sharing itself works well. I'm a new user--only 5 sessions so far. All 5 have gone smoothly.
