i never used scotts lawn producte this time i did and foud that it was a great improvement in the appearence of the grass and the health of the lawn

Had an older fertilizer spreader that broke. Called Scotts and expected to order the part and the customer service was great. Not only did they help me verify the parts I needed, they shipped me a replacement part at no charge. I will always buy their products and I am impressed with their initial quality and their customer service if needed later.

I use the 4 step yearly and love it. It works like they say and I have beautiful lawn. The only thing I have noticed for the pass two years, is the product has been very lumpy. This year is the worst ever, it took me almost an hour to get all the lumps broken up by hand so it wouldn’t plug up my spreader. Anyone know of a better way to break up lumps? Great product, love it!

I will never purchase lawn care products from another company! I'll start by saying, every product I've purchased from Scott's has been great quality and worked as advertised. More than that the peace of mind of the Scott's guarantee is great! If you don't believe me go to thier website and look at the few bad reviews, they proactively offer to make it right! What other company does that? I love my Scott's products!
