Amazing features and costumer service! This website has been helping me so much with my university works and whenever there’s an issue the staff in the live chat are super quick to respond and resolve.

When I knocked SciSpace through Whatsapp, I didn't think I would get a response. The customer service of SciSpace is amazing. And how helpful SciSpace is out of my describtion.

Thank you so much! We really appreciate the positive feedback!
Terrible customer service. When you have annual subscriptions, you should send a reminder email before the charge is going to reoccur. They do not let you cancel or refund to downgrade your account after the fact. It seems like they would prefer to make $ off a customer's forgetfulness rather than wanting to use the service. Will not recommend to my other academic colleagues because of this.

We are so sorry to hear that. We were in the midst of releasing our new feature, deep review. This may have caused the issue. Are you still facing the same problem? If so please let us know and we can figure out what's wrong. Thank you so much for the feedback!
Started very well a few years ago, and just progressivley worsened. Not capable of elaboration or any form or reasoning, most of the time also summarize and elaborate concepts in the wrong way, so is not reliable at all. is supposed to speed up your process but i think it slows it down. furthemore it constantly crashes even the paid version, effectively slowing down your workflow. I repeat, it started very well and now got really terrible. i'm not paying my subscription for sure

We are really sorry to hear that. Please note that we are constantly updating our models on the backend, and we have recorded this feedback. We also apologise for the late response.
I have been using SciSpace for quite some time, but it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any tool. The AI results are pathetic, general, and repetitive. The customer support is extremely bad—or even worse (I don’t have words to explain). Their billing procedure is terrible; once you subscribe for a month, they automatically charge you for the next month, which is very strange. I wish I could give negative stars, but there is no option.

We are really sorry to hear that. Please let us know if the situation is resolved, or if you are still having issues. We would be more than happy to take care of it for you.
I've been using SciSpace consistently, and it has truly transformed the way I approach research and academic content creation. The platform's intuitive tools, like the "Find Concepts" feature and translation support, are exceptionally helpful for breaking down complex ideas into simple, actionable insights. It’s a lifesaver for anyone working on assignments, dissertations, or research projects. What sets SciSpace apart is its seamless integration of AI to simplify tedious tasks, making research faster and more efficient. As someone who creates educational content, I often rely on SciSpace to demonstrate smart and effective ways to solve research challenges. The user-friendly design ensures a smooth experience for both beginners and experts alike. Overall, SciSpace is an invaluable resource that bridges the gap between traditional research methods and modern technology. Highly recommended for researchers and students alike!
