An absolute descrace. Bad customer service. In addition the service they provide is absolutely worthless! You are better off with chaGPT than this. It gives you no real aid in researching paper. When asking for a refund, they showed no understanding and didn‘t care if you are satisfied or not… They didn‘t search for a solution.. NEVER AGAIN!

The application has enabled many features for researches such as uploading all the articles you want in a collection. but you cannot run a prompt on them. I updated my subscription to Premium to get the "deep review" feature but it failed miserably due to a character limitation. In addition, I was emailed by the so called CEO, founder Saikiran Chandha but i was talking to a bot (to my surprise).

Well, 5 stars for the customer support I receive, rather than product itself. I find most of the advanced feature is rather a hit or miss, so I decide to hit home. There is not an official button or function to open a refund ticket, instead, one has to rely on the chat service located at the left lower end of the screen. Fast response time, better than it was reviewed on reddit or any social media platform I read. They confirmed my refund was processed and I shall have it in the next 7-10 working days. Will see how it goes.

The customer service is impeccable. Eva was very helpful and I appreciate her prompt response enormously. SciSpace was the best thing I’ve ever spent money on when I was a student.

Customer support was swift and helpful when I contacted them after accidentally getting an annual subscription. I liked this website before, but knowing that they do care about their customers, I like it even more. :)
