Fast and reactive support even for technical non-service support. Machines are pretty cheap and highly available. I recommend highly

Don’t buy from Scaleway! Scaleway support is the worst I have ever seen. It’s two days that I can’t understand why my server stop working and I can’t anymore ssh into it. I just want my data back but they’re linking kbs and commands and they doesn’t work to have my data back.

Hi Ferdinando, We've just created a Trustpilot account and we would like to understand why you are so disappointed. Can you please share with us the reference of your support ticket ? It looks like a very special case and we would like to understand what happened. Best,
The servers mostly work, until they don't. Frequent downtimes for servers, and their basic systems often don't work for things like billing. Their customer support people don't know how their own website works, and when there is a problem with your account you will be told something like "sorry there is nothing that can be done. you will need to create a new account". Joke company, French-level customer service provided
