We had a great experience with Hello College. It was helpful to have someone else help keep my son on track with the application process, essay writing, and scholarship applications. Kim was well organized, totally reliable and easy for my son to work with. His essay coach Brian supported his ideas and helped him turn them into essays he felt good about.

Kim was on top of everything, explained in details on every question we had. She was very knowledgeable and gave her advice honestly. As mother I felt that I can believe she will handle all process to the end giving timely reminder and checking at the important milestones - and she did it great.

Kim was a pleasure to work with during my daughter's college application process. She was very thorough with all the activities.

The comprehensive services were very valuable in meeting all of our needs. Our counselor Amanda Yoder was also very supportive keeping our kids on track and providing good perspective and advice on how best to present themselves in the application. Using Hello College reduced the parent stress level significantly!

Kim was wonderful to navigate the college admission process for my son. She was so patient, shared so many insights, listened to his questions and kept him organized and on track. Her recap emails of each meeting were very detailed with action items. I also learned a lot from Kim about the process and would recommend her 100%.

I really appreciate everything Kim Shipman did to help my daughter, Abby, be prepared for college. She helped guide her through all the steps and was easy to communicate with. As a parent, I loved the way Kim would send an email summarizing her meeting with Abby and highlighting important dates, reminders, or things that Abby should be keeping an eye on or getting done before their next meeting.

Kim and HelloCollege made what could have been an overwhelming process feel genuinely manageable. She worked directly with Luke — keeping us well-informed every step of the way — on everything from testing strategy and essay writing to the full admissions process. The results speak for themselves: Luke got into his first-choice school with merit-based scholarships. HelloCollege was a smart investment from the start, and in the end, it more than paid for itself.
