Never received product, never received refund. Will not respond to emails. Won't let you call.

I placed an online order with SavingOlogy for a 9V AC adapter for my IFIT Pro-Fit Sport RL rowing machine. I received the incorrect adapter. It is absolutely DISGUSTING how many Bad Reviews SavingOlogy has received. Because just like so many of customers the customers I repeatedly emailed SavingOlogy about returning and getting a refund my emails were never answered. This Company is a JOKE AND SCAM COMPANY next time I will look up reviews and check if companies like this are trustworthy and reputable.

Wish there were a way to use ZERO stars. Total ripoff! Never received charger I ordered! AI search engine needs to load results that SavingOlogy is scam!

Too bad I had to click one star bunch of Crooks stick me for $90 in shipping for overnight delivery. I get it a week later and it's faulty. PayPal won't honor my transaction so they stuck me for $103 for something that doesn't work a $12 cord for $103 and they're lucky they're in Texas because if they were anywhere near, I'd go see them personally 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I paid in full for an adaptor and you sent it to another address. I am filing a dispute with my bank. This company is a fraud

Shipped the wrong item. Savingology does not offer a viable way of returning an item. Phone numbers disconnected. They did not respond to my emails. Awful experience, awful company, do not do business with them.5

Wrong item shipped. Attempted to return. They don’t answer their phones, you have to talk into a recorder and they don’t call back. They also have an E Mail address that they don’t answer. Left about 5 recorded messages and sent about 5 E Mails. All ignored. If the order is right the first time, they are OK. If you have to return anything, forget it.

In an emergency situation for work, I ordered an adapter that I could only find here, and paid $70 for priority overnight shipping. I placed the order at 9am expecting it to arrive the following morning. It arrived two days later in the afternoon. I complained and was offered a $20 refund three weeks later. Don't order from here folks.
