Liquor order missing one bottle, finally reimbursed
I ordered 2 bottles of brandy. The liquor store only packaged 1 bottle for delivery. (2 previous deliveries were 5*). The driver contacted Saucey at my request and they said they would contact me with a solution. I have emailed Saucey 3 additional requests. Nearly 3 weeks and I have had no response. My credit card is charged for the 2 bottles. UPDATE 1/18/26 Saucey finally contacted me and is reimbursing the bottle of brandy I hadn't received. I had been sending them weekly reminders.

Got the Job done with great customer service
Had some delays at first because of the holiday hours but they kept problem solving and got it delivered int the end. They communicated with me to keep me upto date in a professional way. Great experience 😁
