Obnoxiously expensive

Was brought the wrong cigarettes! I ordered marlboro menthol & recieved marlboro menthol ultra-lights.

The tracking map is not accurate and doesn't show you where your driver is and all of a sudden they are knocking on your door

It was great to have my stuff delivered, but the wine I ordered was out of stock so our was bought so that I did not receive it.

The driver barely spoke english, and spent fifteen minutes at my door trying to figure out how the app worked from his side, called a friend for advice, asked for another ID that I didn't have. The app itself is fine.

Half the order is stale and you did not alert me when the driver got here

The first driver did not try to contact me. For some reason they don't see or maybe understand unit 812 is my condo number. Saucey thru email took care of it.
