Got the bike in good condition ran into a little issue but was resolved easily. Good bike

Very nice there still on the heavy side to pick up and put into a vehicle after the fold up even with removing the battery

I am going to get my charger when I call the post office in Dunbar wv and a little high in price

Really good thank you

Helped me with one part and directions and dimensions to obtain an out of stock part which I needed. That to me was above and beyond. Love the bike and now the customer service.

Price was fair. Service was Great. Delivery was good.

Easy to order. Received timely.

Very dependable bike, 1600 miles and no problems. Great bike except the ride is not as smooth as you advertised. Still a great bike I highly recommend and a fair price. Came on time as stated. Lots of power climbing hills even not peddling.
