Got the bike in good condition ran into a little issue but was resolved easily. Good bike

Very slow shipping and spotty tracking info

Very nice there still on the heavy side to pick up and put into a vehicle after the fold up even with removing the battery

I am going to get my charger when I call the post office in Dunbar wv and a little high in price

Really good thank you

Well built and the increased power of 52v 20Ahr battery provides good distance and acceleration. The fat tires and full suspension provide a smooth ride and off-road capability. Overall a solid bike that provides good value for the price, although putting it together out of the box takes some time and effort.

Helped me with one part and directions and dimensions to obtain an out of stock part which I needed. That to me was above and beyond. Love the bike and now the customer service.

Price was fair. Service was Great. Delivery was good.
