Hi Fran! Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve been enjoying our Sand Art for years and that your mother loves her piece as well. It’s great to know that removing a little air brought it back to its beautiful, relaxing flow again. We really appreciate your suggestion about purchasing the syringe alongside the product for small fixes like this—it’s such a helpful tip for future customers. If you ever need any further assistance or advice, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
