Knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I prefer buying at Samys over Amazon. When I need to reach out with a question, they are there to help. Love the hands on service, I can physically try out a camera/lens/lights whatever. I recently bought a camera - Canon R5, macro lens some lights and few other accessories. No sales pressure, just great service.
