Same as everyone else. The movies are not great. If you choose to watch one, be prepared for ads every 10 minutes. Keep your remote in your hand because, you have to crank up the volume to hear the dialog. When a commercial comes on it will shatter your windows if you do not lower the volume. Any product they do decide to advertise, you will surely vow to never buy because you will have seen that same add 20 times in an hour if you make it through the whole movie.

I purchased a 50”Samsung smart tv and in 4 years has broke down twice because the warranty is only 12 months their reply is I have to pay all repairs costs thank you Samsung for causing me stress and selling me a faulty tv that I paid $995.00 for.

This is a great tv with many channels but the ads can be sometimes up to 10 minutes at a time and it's the same ads over and over. Try watching your favorite TV program with ads every few minutes. If we had known we would have not bought this tv.

Has potential but seeing the same ads over and over starts to get to you. It’s extremely frustrating and annoying to see repeating ads constantly. That’s why I got rid of cable. Couldn’t take it anymore.

No complaint with new led tv its great, however Samsung charged us £19+ to SET UP the tv, Their interpretation of SET UP is to take the TV out of the packaging fit 4 screws to the base & plug the socket in the wall. My & other people’s interpretation of “SET UP” is to TUNE IN the TV set up the sound bar etc. It took 2 hours for me to tune & set the tv up. Wish I could charge £19.5 for 15 minutes work
